Social Groups for Adults and Teens with Special Needs
Our supervised social group for adults and teens with special needs bring individuals to various places throughout the local area. This can include art museums such as the Getty Museum and Los Angeles County Museum of Art, college football such as Dodger baseball and L.A. Rams football games, Magic Mountain, local parks such as Will Rogers State Beach Park, various local festivals including Dia de los Muertos, miniature golf, professional football, movie theaters, and more.
Better Understanding for the Local Community
Our overall mission is to facilitate and foster relationships between special needs individuals and the community. We work hard to provide a safe place for special needs teens and adults to participate in and to have a social life that is supervised at all times. We help our participants to overcome challenges and teach them proper behaviors and/or etiquettes while in certain environments. We also help them to be more involved in their community and to help the public to understand how to interact with them too. This creates a better local community feel.
